BeMyF Community Standards

Rules for safe, voluntary interactions between adult BeMyF users.

1. Purpose of the Community Standards

  1. BeMyF is intended to be a space for safe digital interactions between adult users.
  2. The Community Standards define what content and behavior are permitted and what are prohibited.
  3. The Standards apply to all app users, including regular users and Creators/F'ki.
  4. Violation of the Standards may result in removal of content, limitation of features, blocking, suspension or permanent deletion of the account.

2. Adults only

  1. BeMyF is an app only for people who are at least 18 years old.
  2. Minors may not create accounts, use the app, send messages, add photos or contact BeMyF users.
  3. An account that may belong to a minor may be verified, limited, blocked or deleted.
  4. If you see an account, message, photo or behavior suggesting the involvement of a minor, report it immediately in the app or write to: kontakt@icsoftworks.pl.

3. Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

  1. BeMyF applies a zero-tolerance policy to child sexual exploitation, grooming, CSAM, sextortion and any content or behavior sexualizing minors.
  2. In particular, it is prohibited to:
  • create, possess, send, publish, share or request content involving minors in a sexual context,
  • attempt to establish sexual contact with a minor,
  • engage in grooming,
  • engage in sextortion,
  • suggest that a minor may participate in sexual conversations, photos, videos or meetings,
  • publish content that sexualizes people who appear to be minors.
  1. Confirmed violations may result in immediate account deletion and reporting the matter to relevant authorities or child protection organizations.

4. Respect and boundaries

  1. Users should treat each other with respect.
  2. Every user and Creator has the right to their own boundaries, pace of conversation and decision whether to continue contact.
  3. It is prohibited to:
  • harass,
  • spam with messages,
  • force replies,
  • demand a reply, relationship, private service, photo, meeting or contact outside the app in exchange for buying access or giving voluntary support,
  • threaten,
  • blackmail,
  • insult,
  • humiliate,
  • stalk,
  • pressure others to contact outside the app,
  • coerce photos, recordings, conversations or meetings.
  1. No reply from another user does not entitle anyone to harass, insult or demand a refund.
  2. Buying access or voluntarily supporting a Creator does not create an obligation to reply, continue communication, provide an individual service or contact outside the app.

5. Sexual content, nudity and sexual services

  1. BeMyF is not a pornographic service or a sexual services platform.
  2. The following are prohibited:
  • nudity,
  • pornography,
  • explicitly sexual content,
  • materials created mainly for sexual arousal,
  • offering sexual services,
  • arranging paid sexual meetings,
  • escorting,
  • prostitution,
  • sexual sponsorship,
  • promoting paid sexual contact outside the app,
  • selling or promoting sexual content outside the app if this violates BeMyF rules or app store rules.
  1. Attempts to bypass these rules through abbreviations, allusions, links, codes, emoji or moving the conversation outside the app to carry out prohibited content or services are also prohibited.

6. Photos and media

  1. The user may add or send only photos to which they have rights.
  2. It is prohibited to:
  • publish another person's photos without consent,
  • impersonate another person,
  • publish photos of minors in a context contrary to the rules,
  • publish intimate photos without consent,
  • publish photos violating privacy,
  • publish nudity or pornography,
  • publish violent, graphic or illegal content.
  1. BeMyF may remove a photo if it violates the Standards, Terms, law or user safety.

7. Scams, extortion and payments outside the app

  1. Scams, extortion, phishing and attempts to manipulate users are prohibited.
  2. It is prohibited to encourage payments outside the app for digital features, access, content or communication available in BeMyF.
  3. It is prohibited to provide false information to obtain coins, money, data, photos or account access.
  4. It is prohibited to pretend to be a BeMyF employee, moderator, Creator or another person.

8. Personal data and privacy of others

  1. It is prohibited to publish or send another person's personal data without consent.
  2. This includes in particular:
  • phone numbers,
  • addresses,
  • document numbers,
  • login details,
  • private photos,
  • private conversations,
  • location information,
  • financial data.
  1. It is prohibited to threaten to disclose another person's data, photos or conversations.

9. Hate speech and violence

  1. Hate speech, humiliation and attacks on people or groups based on legally protected characteristics are prohibited.
  2. Threats of violence, incitement to violence, glorification of violence and publishing graphic content are prohibited.
  3. Encouraging self-harm, suicide, eating disorders or other behavior threatening health or life is prohibited.

10. Spam and technical abuse

  1. It is prohibited to:
  • send unsolicited messages in bulk,
  • send advertising spam,
  • automate accounts without the Operator's consent,
  • attempt to break security protections,
  • bypass blocks,
  • use the app in a way that disrupts its operation,
  • exploit app errors,
  • create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions.

11. Reporting violations

  1. The user may report a violation directly in the app if the relevant feature is available for a message, conversation or profile.
  2. The user may also contact BeMyF at: kontakt@icsoftworks.pl.
  3. A report should include:
  • the username,
  • a description of the situation,
  • the date or approximate time of the event,
  • screenshots, if available and lawful,
  • information whether the matter concerns child safety or a person who may be a minor.
  1. Reports concerning minors, CSAM, grooming, violence, blackmail or a direct threat are treated as a priority.

12. Blocking users

  1. The user may block another user.
  2. A block may limit the ability to contact, send messages or view a profile, access or communicate.
  3. A block does not always remove earlier data or event history if storing it is necessary for safety, reports, settlements or legal obligations.

13. Moderation and BeMyF actions

  1. BeMyF may analyze reports, content and accounts to protect users.
  2. In the event of violations, BeMyF may:
  • remove content,
  • limit account features,
  • warn the user,
  • temporarily block the account,
  • permanently delete the account,
  • prevent re-registration,
  • refuse to activate a Creator account,
  • report the matter to relevant authorities if required by law or safety.
  1. BeMyF may also act when a violation is not literally described in the Standards but threatens users, safety, law or the integrity of the app.

14. Appeals and contact

  1. If the user believes that a moderation decision was incorrect, they may contact BeMyF at: kontakt@icsoftworks.pl.
  2. The report should include the account e-mail address, username and a description of the matter.
  3. BeMyF reviews appeals within a reasonable time, taking into account user safety and applicable law.

15. Updates to the Standards

  1. The Community Standards may be updated, especially due to changes in law, app features, app store operator requirements or safety needs.
  2. The current version of the Community Standards is available in the app and in the BeMyF Help Center.

16. The most important rule

If you are not sure whether given content or behavior is allowed, do not publish it or send it. BeMyF is intended to be a place for adult, safe and voluntary interactions, with respect for other people's boundaries.
